Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased within India.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in new condition only.
  • The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges on any products.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

A free return shipping label is included inside the package for eligible returns.

Return Fees

  • No return shipping charges
  • No restocking fees

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The return request is made after 2 days from delivery
