Certified, and checkable.
LaCleo Corporate Services, the company behind Cham, holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate covering the manufacture, formulation, packaging and supply of skincare. Everything on this page is printed on the certificate itself, so you can check it against the issuer's records rather than taking our word for it.

The issuer's form asks for four things: the certificate number above, UKAF CERT Limited as the certifying body, ISO 9001:2015 as the standard, and 26 August 2026 as the date of issue.
The certificate covers the system the products are made under. How ingredients are sourced and checked, how a batch is formulated and packed, how records are kept, and how a problem gets traced back and fixed so it does not happen again. That system was audited against ISO 9001:2015, with surveillance audits due in August 2027 and August 2028.
Every Cham order is made and packed under that system, and the auditor returns each year to check it is still being followed.
About this certificate
What does ISO 9001:2015 actually certify?
A company's quality management system: how work is planned, checked and corrected. Sourcing, manufacturing and packing, record keeping, complaints, and the way a problem is traced back and fixed so it does not repeat.
How do I check it is real?
Use the issuer's verification form, linked above. It asks for the certificate number, the certifying body, the standard and the date of issue, all four of which are printed on the certificate.
Who issued it?
UKAF CERT Limited, a certification body at 130 Thessaly Road, Nine Elms, London, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Forum. Both are named on the certificate.
Why is the name on it not Cham?
Certificates name the legal entity rather than the brand. LaCleo Corporate Services is the company that makes and supplies Cham, so that is the name the auditor assessed and the name printed on the certificate.
How long does it last?
Until 25 August 2029. Surveillance audits fall due on 25 August 2027 and 25 August 2028, when the system is reassessed to keep the certificate current.
Does it cover every Cham product?
The scope printed on the certificate lists face wash, face creams, face and body serums, body lotions, facial masks and skincare kits, which is the Cham range. Every order is made and packed under the same certified system.
